WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

 

In the case of pre-made works, each piece is carefully packaged.  Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders and 4-6 weeks for international orders to arrive.

In the case of commissioned works, please allow between 4-6 weeks for production before being ready for pickup or delivery.

 

HOW DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

​We have a variety of shipping options that can be selected upon Checkout.

 

1. Free Store Pickup; we will send details in a secondary email about our location and when an order is ready to be picked up.

2. Delivery within the Tri-City (Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge or Guelph) area; we will deliver purchased items to you for a small fee to your door.  When you enter your address into the Shipping section upon Checkout, this option will be provided if your address is within the delivery limits.  The fee for this option is $5.00.  This option is ideal if the piece is large and/or heavy as the shipping charges may be more expensive.  There is also significantly less risk of damage in transit.

3. Standard shipping; we use Canada Post. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped, please email us at veneziainspired@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

​You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

 

​HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

In the case of pre-made works, shipping is calculated when you checkout.

In the case of commissions, shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations.
